Используя приложение Itog, вы соглашаетесь с условиями ниже.
1. Что такое Itog
Itog — приложение для macOS, которое записывает аудио ваших звонков (микрофон + системный звук), локально транскрибирует его и формирует текстовый протокол с помощью выбранного вами AI-провайдера.
Приложение распространяется через Mac App Store.
2. Лицензия
Мы предоставляем вам неисключительную, не передаваемую другим лицам лицензию использовать Itog на устройствах, привязанных к вашему Apple ID, в личных или коммерческих целях.
Вы не имеете права:
- Продавать, перепродавать или лицензировать копии Itog третьим лицам.
- Декомпилировать или реверс-инжинирить части Itog (за исключением случаев, когда это прямо разрешено законом).
- Использовать Itog для нарушения чьих-либо прав, включая запись разговоров без согласия участников там, где это требуется законом.
3. Подписка Itog Pro
Часть функциональности доступна по подписке Itog Pro. Условия:
- Бесплатно: 3 встречи в месяц.
- Pro: безлимитное количество встреч.
- Подписка управляется через App Store / RevenueCat. Отмена и возвраты — по правилам Apple.
- Цена и условия пробного периода указаны в окне подписки внутри приложения и в App Store.
- Подписка автоматически продлевается, если не отменить её минимум за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.
4. Согласие на запись
Это очень важно. Itog записывает аудио. В большинстве юрисдикций для записи разговора требуется хотя бы согласие одной стороны (one-party consent), а в некоторых — всех участников (all-party consent).
Вы — единственный, кто отвечает за получение необходимого согласия от участников звонка. Мы предоставляем инструмент; вы отвечаете за его правомерное использование.
Список юрисдикций с all-party consent (на момент написания, неисчерпывающий): California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington (USA); Германия, Франция и большинство стран ЕС.
Если сомневаетесь — спросите участников встречи перед записью.
5. AI-провайдеры
Когда вы выбираете Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter / Ollama как провайдера протокола, текст транскрипта отправляется в API соответствующего провайдера. Применяются их условия использования и политики конфиденциальности:
- Anthropic — anthropic.com/legal
- OpenAI — openai.com/policies
- OpenRouter — openrouter.ai/privacy
- Ollama — локальная модель, не передаёт данные

6. Без гарантий
Itog предоставляется «как есть» (as is). Мы стараемся, чтобы транскрипция и резюме были качественными, но не гарантируем их точности. Особенно: AI-резюме могут содержать ошибки и упущения. Используйте протоколы как черновик, а не как юридически достоверную запись.
7. Ограничение ответственности
В максимальной степени, разрешённой применимым законодательством, мы не несём ответственности за косвенные убытки (упущенная выгода, потеря данных, репутационный ущерб) при использовании Itog.
Наша совокупная ответственность ограничена суммой, которую вы заплатили за подписку за последние 12 месяцев.
8. Прекращение
Вы можете прекратить использование Itog в любой момент: отменив подписку и удалив приложение. Мы можем приостановить доступ при нарушении этих условий.
9. Изменения
Мы можем обновлять эти условия. Продолжение использования приложения после изменений означает согласие с обновлённой редакцией.

Acceptance
By downloading or using Itog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Itog is
Itog is a macOS app that records the audio of your calls (microphone + system audio), transcribes it locally, and generates a text summary via your chosen AI provider. It is distributed through the Mac App Store.
License
Itog is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the app on Mac devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Permitted Use
You may use Itog to record and summarize meetings in which you are a participant. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the recording of conversations, including obtaining consent from other participants where required.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Itog to:
- Record conversations without legal right to do so
- Violate the privacy of others
- Reverse-engineer or modify the app (except where explicitly allowed by law)
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense copies of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Consent to Recording
This matters. Itog records audio. Many jurisdictions require at least one-party consent; some require all-party consent. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from meeting participants. We provide a tool; you are responsible for using it lawfully.
Non-exhaustive list of all-party consent jurisdictions at the time of writing: California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington (USA); Germany, France, and most EU countries.
AI Providers
When you pick Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter / Ollama as your summary provider, the transcript text is sent to that provider's API. Their Terms and Privacy Policies apply:
- Anthropic — anthropic.com/legal
- OpenAI — openai.com/policies
- OpenRouter — openrouter.ai/privacy
- Ollama — local model, no data leaves your Mac
We are not responsible for how these third parties operate.
AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated protocols are produced automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them as a legal record. Always verify important information.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are managed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No Warranty
Itog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about transcription or summary accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, reputational harm) arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Itog at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
